With Pignus, you can securely encrypt and decrypt your messages and documents before sending them to your contacts. The application operates on PGP principles, allowing for smooth integration of existing keys into your profile and contact list.

<li>Import existing private or public PGP keys seamlessly via various methods.</li>
<li>Access quick actions and display profiles' QR codes conveniently from the Home Screen Today View.</li>

PGP Configuration Details:
<ul>
<li>A profile on Pignus corresponds to a pair of private and public keys.</li>
<li>A contact on Pignus represents a public key entry within the system.</li>
<li>When generating a profile on Pignus, the application creates an RSA key pair with a 3,072-bit length and no expiration date.</li>
<li>The Online Directory associated with Pignus corresponds to the OpenPGP Verifying Keyserver (VKS) and Public Key Server (PKS).</li>
<li>User identity information is derived from the primary User ID displayed by Pignus.</li>
<li>Pignus does not support MIME-attachments, sign-only keys, or symmetric encryption.</li>
<li>Expired keys are not imported into the application for security reasons.</li>
